| First of all, don't worry. We've seen worse :) Some people feel embarrassed or think that they need to clean the house before they can hire a cleaning service. While it is true that the less picking up we have to do, the more time we can devote to cleaning, a messy house shouldn't deter you from contacting us. After all, it's not the healthy who need a doctor but the sick :) We will work with you to implement a plan that will get your house back to visitor ready! | ||||||

| The difference between service levels is about the frequency not quality. The higher the service level, the more frequently cleaning tasks are performed. The same high standards of service will be used no matter how frequently a particular job is performed. | ||||||

| We use a rotational cleaning. We've divided our regular cleaning tasks into "core tasks" which are done each week and "rotational tasks" which are done on a rotating schedule. The higher the service level, the more frequently cleaning tasks are performed. The same high standards of service will be used no matter how frequently a particular job is performed | ||||||

| Carpet cleaning | Do you move furniture for Carpet shampooing | |||||
| Yes, we can move most furniture during carpet cleaning. We ask that you remove breakable nick-nacks and electronics before our arrival. There are some items we may not be able to move like pianos, electronics, beds, china cabinets, desks, pool tables, dressers with mirrors etc. We will reset them in their rightful place on drying blocks when we are finished. For a small charge we will return to remove the blocks when carpets are dry | ||||||

| Though it depends on humidity and other factors, it typically it takes 8-24 for carpets to dry. | ||||||
